I have not completely abandoned my blog (mm maybe a teensy bit)...see, the tv show finally aired live yesterday!! I freaked out and was sooooo nervous, but it turned out ok!!! It is definitely something new for La Ceiba, and the producer is AMAZING!! We air after the heartbreaking audience massacre morning news show so it's quite the change heeheehee
I'll make sure to put up some videos and images soon and tell you all about it =) right now I have to go shopping for makeup because after watching my uneven skin tone yesterday, I realize it's a necessity hehe....some blush will do ;)

first of all, i'm sure your skin looked just fine, but if you're worried about uneven skin tone (used to be a problem of mine), i highly recommend bare essential's mineral foundation. it's the best and comes in a great variety of colors, not to mention a very realistic bronzer as well. good luck!

As for the makeup, I'd recommend a Mineral Foundation Powder. It is so easy to put on if you are a novice, and always looks great.

OMG! I just found your blog and you have no idea how much I can relate to you! My mom is from Spain but moved to Bolivia (south america) been very young, so thats where I was born(in a country where you are suppose to match shoes and bag!) I left the country for college(and that was freedom for my captive style!...) but every time I go back on vacation people just look at my Louboutins as if they were aliens... so for them this fashionista has no clue about style... and they can be kind of rude.. so I applaud your courage and success! great job!
